we had an enjoyable stay at the super hotel, thanks to its fantastic location next to the monorail, making it easy to get to haneda airport. the friendly staff were genuinely helpful, offering amenities like disposable utensils and extra pillows. we appreciated the option to skip room cleaning, which gave us fresh towels and a water bottle delivered daily. the room was comfortable, and the street-facing window allowed us to enjoy the outside view.

Simple position, I really enjoyed staying in this place.

By and large, it was cosy base for sightseeing in Tokyo, had much fun. All the staff was nice, resolved my issues. Had essentials needed in the twin room, including an electric kettle and fridges. Location: the hotel was just off the attentive staff at all times, Hamamatsucho station and Tokyo. Moreover, I could explore Shiba Daijingu as it was just next door to the place.

We recently stayed at the super and were genuinely impressed. the room was impeccably clean and quiet, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. the staff were warm and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. the location was also fantastic, just a short walk from two metro stations and surrounded by numerous restaurants.

quiet hotel, favourable location in the middle of jackson and with perfect views. really helpful staff onsite. clean room, a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the room. special atmosphere in the bar during breakfast. great stay, as always.

The bed was comfortable, but the room felt cramped for two people. The hot tub facility added a nice relaxing touch.

Fantastic convenience, cozy comfort

The hotel's proximity to metro stations made it simple to explore Tokyo, and the staff were kind. We enjoyed complimentary coffee , a good perk.

While the room was well-appointed, it was notably small was good. The absence of outlets in the bathroom was slightly inconvenient.

I was frustrated with the room size. It was painfully cramped and made navigating around the suitcase a nightmare. The noise from the neighboring rooms was unbearable! It made wait times unbearable, especially when you're in a hurry. It greatly detracted from my experience.

Absolutley tiny 'run of house' room, barely enough space for my designer luggage. The pillows seemed like boulders which totally ruined my beauty sleep. I expected a simple complimentary gesture for my troubles, but i guess they save that for the 'special' guests. Almost gave a good review, but couldn't stomach it.

Enjoyed my solo getaway! The comfortable bed and clean, modern room. I appreciated the quiet environment for a good night's sleep. Make sure to fill up on filtered water before the cafe closes for the day!
